I have just called and rather upset that when it just went through to voicemail, it was a pre-recorded standard message, it did not say anything like "This is Phone Stu, please leave a message and I will get back to you with Word of the Day as soon as is humanly possible."
I'm sorry, for the sake of clients phoning me up it's left at the default. I might install some sort of red phone. A hotline of sorts.
